Before you request your stay

Keep the current certificate available. Its QR confirms whether the document and version are still valid.

Verify the certificate

Scan the QR printed on your PDF. Confirm that the page shows “Valid certificate” and the same version number.

Check the traveler name

The certificate holder’s name must match the valid government-issued photo ID used during reservation and validation.

Request assistance

Send the certificate number, version and preferred travel dates. Do not include payment, passport or sensitive identification information.
